刪除 MacePlay 帳號

MacePlay 由微型科技股份有限公司營運。您可以隨時刪除自己的帳號,有兩種方式:

方式一:在 App 內刪除(立即生效)

打開 MacePlay,進入大廳。
點右上角的「設定」。
選「刪除帳號」。用密碼登入的帳號需要輸入登入密碼確認;遊客帳號與只用 Apple / Google 登入的帳號直接確認即可。

方式二:寄信申請

如果您已經無法登入,請用帳號綁定的電子郵件寄信到 support@maceplay.com,主旨寫「刪除帳號」,內容附上您的玩家 ID。我們確認是本人後,會在 30 天內刪除並回信通知。

刪除後會怎樣

帳號立即停用,所有已登入的裝置都會登出。
電子郵件等可以辨識您的資料會立即刪除。
剩餘的金幣、遊戲進度與獎勵一併失效,無法恢復。已購買但尚未使用的金幣,依法令及 App Store / Google Play 的退款規定處理;如有需要,請在刪除前先聯絡客服。
金幣帳務與購買紀錄因為會計、稅務與爭議處理的需要,會在去除可辨識資料後保存,最長 5 年,期滿後刪除。

删除 MacePlay 账号

删除后会怎样

电子邮件等可以辨识您的资料会立即删除。
剩余的金币、游戏进度与奖励一并失效,无法恢复。已购买但尚未使用的金币,依法令及 App Store / Google Play 的退款规定处理;如有需要,请在删除前先联系客服。
金币账务与购买记录因为会计、税务与争议处理的需要,会在去除可辨识资料后保存,最长 5 年,期满后删除。

Delete your MacePlay account

MacePlay is operated by WEISAT Technology Co., Ltd.. You can delete your account at any time in either of two ways:

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

Open MacePlay and go to the lobby.
Tap Settings in the top-right corner.
Choose Delete account. Accounts that sign in with a password confirm with it; guest accounts and accounts that only use Apple / Google sign-in just confirm.

Option 2: by email

If you can no longer sign in, email support@maceplay.com from the address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete account" and your player ID. After we confirm it is you, we delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What happens when you delete

Your account is disabled immediately and every device is signed out.
Data that identifies you, such as your email address, is deleted at once.
Remaining coins, game progress and rewards are lost and cannot be restored. Unused purchased coins are handled under the law and the App Store / Google Play refund rules; contact support before deleting if you need to.
Coin and purchase records are kept, with identifying data removed, as required for accounting, tax and dispute handling, for up to 5 years, and then deleted.
