MacePlay 隱私權政策

微型科技股份有限公司(以下稱「本公司」或「我們」)營運 MacePlay 遊戲大廳 App 及官方網站(以下合稱「本服務」)。我們依照中華民國《個人資料保護法》及相關法令,蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些資料、為什麼蒐集、保存多久、會提供給誰,以及您有哪些權利。

一、本服務的性質

本服務是僅供年滿 18 歲成年人娛樂的社交遊戲。遊戲中的虛擬金幣沒有現金價值,不能兌換現金、實物或任何有價物品,也不能轉讓給其他玩家。本服務不提供真實金錢的賭博。

二、我們蒐集的資料

帳號資料:玩家 ID(系統自動產生)、暱稱、電子郵件(選填,用於找回帳號)、登入密碼與密保問題的答案。密碼與答案只以無法還原的加密雜湊值保存,我們也看不到原文。以遊客身分遊玩時,不需要提供電子郵件或密碼。如果您選擇用 Apple 或 Google 帳號登入或綁定,我們會收到該帳號的固定識別碼,以及您同意提供的電子郵件(Apple 可能提供轉寄用的地址)與名稱;我們不會收到您的 Apple 或 Google 密碼。
遊戲與帳務紀錄:金幣餘額與每一筆增減、每局遊戲的局號、下注與結果、多人牌局的紀錄、簽到、看廣告與禮包碼兌換的紀錄。
購買紀錄:您透過 App Store 或 Google Play 購買虛擬金幣時,我們會收到該商店提供的交易編號、購買項目與時間,用來發放金幣與處理退款。付款由 Apple 或 Google 處理,我們不會收到您的信用卡或其他付款資料。
技術資料:登入與連線時的 IP 位址、登入時間與失敗次數,以及 App 自動產生的安裝識別碼(只用來限制同一支手機建立遊客帳號的數量),用來防止帳號被盜用、作弊與其他異常行為。
客服資料:您主動聯絡我們時提供的內容。

我們不會蒐集您的位置、通訊錄、照片、相機或麥克風資料。

三、廣告

您可以自行選擇觀看影片廣告來領取金幣;不看也不影響遊戲的其他功能。影片廣告由 Google 的廣告服務 Google AdMob 提供。播放廣告時,Google 可能依其隱私權政策蒐集您裝置的廣告識別碼、裝置型號、作業系統、IP 位址,以及廣告的觀看與點擊情形,用於播放廣告、計算成效、限制同一支廣告的播放次數與防止詐欺。我們目前只要求非個人化廣告:不會依您的興趣投放廣告,在 iPhone 上也不會詢問「允許追蹤」。如果日後改為個人化廣告,我們會先更新本政策,並且在 iPhone 上要經過您在系統「允許追蹤」詢問中同意後才使用。Google 的隱私權政策:policies.google.com/privacy;Google 如何使用合作夥伴應用程式的資訊:policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites。

四、蒐集目的

建立與維護帳號,提供遊戲與金幣帳務;
發放購買的金幣、處理退款與爭議;
提供看廣告領金幣的功能;
防止詐欺、盜用、作弊及其他違反服務條款的行為;
客服、遊戲結果查核;
遵守法令,例如會計與稅務紀錄的保存;
以匯總、無法識別個人的統計資料改善服務。

我們不會出售您的個人資料,也不會把它用於本服務以外的行銷。

五、利用的期間、地區、對象與方式

期間:在您的帳號存續期間;刪除帳號後依第七條處理。
地區:資料存放在本公司委託的雲端主機(目前位於香港),以及您所在的地區。
對象:本公司;受本公司委託處理資料的服務供應商(例如雲端主機、客服系統),他們只能依本公司的指示處理資料;提供廣告的 Google AdMob(範圍見第三條);Apple 與 Google(處理您的購買,以及您選擇的 Apple / Google 帳號登入);依法令要求的主管機關或司法機關。
方式:以電子方式自動處理,並採取下列安全措施。

六、資料安全

App 與伺服器之間的連線全部加密(HTTPS / WSS);密碼與密保答案以加密雜湊保存;只有經授權的人員能存取資料,後台的每一個操作都留有稽核紀錄。

七、刪除帳號與資料保存

您可以隨時在 App 內的「設定 → 刪除帳號」刪除帳號(用密碼登入的帳號需要輸入密碼確認),也可以參考刪除帳號說明,寄信到客服信箱申請。
刪除後,帳號立即停用,所有已登入的裝置都會登出,電子郵件等可以辨識您的資料會立即刪除;如果您曾用 Apple 帳號登入,我們也會同時撤銷對該 Apple 帳號的授權。剩餘的金幣與遊戲進度一併失效,無法恢復。
金幣帳務與購買紀錄因為會計、稅務與爭議處理的需要,會在去除可辨識資料後依法令保存,最長 5 年,期滿後刪除。

八、您的權利

依《個人資料保護法》第三條,您可以向我們:查詢或請求閱覽、請求製給複製本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集、處理或利用,以及請求刪除您的個人資料。請用帳號綁定的電子郵件寄信到 support@maceplay.com,並附上您的玩家 ID。查詢、閱覽與複製本的請求,我們會在 15 天內回覆;更正、停止利用與刪除的請求,會在 30 天內回覆。電子郵件等選填資料,您可以選擇不提供,但可能無法使用找回帳號等功能。

九、未成年人

本服務只提供給年滿 18 歲的成年人。若我們發現有未成年人註冊,會停用該帳號。

十、政策修訂

本政策修訂時,會在本頁公布並更新生效日期;如有重大變更,也會在 App 內通知。

微型科技股份有限公司(以下称「本公司」或「我们」)营运 MacePlay 游戏大厅 App 及官方网站(以下合称「本服务」)。我们依照中华民国《个人资料保护法》及相关法令,收集、处理及利用您的个人资料。本政策说明我们收集哪些资料、为什么收集、保存多久、会提供给谁,以及您有哪些权利。

一、本服务的性质

本服务是仅供年满 18 岁成年人娱乐的社交游戏。游戏中的虚拟金币没有现金价值,不能兑换现金、实物或任何有价物品,也不能转让给其他玩家。本服务不提供真实金钱的赌博。

二、我们收集的资料

账号资料:玩家 ID(系统自动产生)、昵称、电子邮件(选填,用于找回账号)、登录密码与密保问题的答案。密码与答案只以无法还原的加密哈希值保存,我们也看不到原文。以游客身份游玩时,不需要提供电子邮件或密码。如果您选择用 Apple 或 Google 账号登录或绑定,我们会收到该账号的固定识别码,以及您同意提供的电子邮件(Apple 可能提供转寄用的地址)与名称;我们不会收到您的 Apple 或 Google 密码。
游戏与账务记录:金币余额与每一笔增减、每局游戏的局号、下注与结果、多人牌局的记录、签到、看广告与礼包码兑换的记录。
购买记录:您通过 App Store 或 Google Play 购买虚拟金币时,我们会收到该商店提供的交易编号、购买项目与时间,用来发放金币与处理退款。付款由 Apple 或 Google 处理,我们不会收到您的信用卡或其他付款资料。
技术资料:登录与连接时的 IP 地址、登录时间与失败次数,以及 App 自动产生的安装识别码(只用来限制同一支手机创建游客账号的数量),用来防止账号被盗用、作弊与其他异常行为。
客服资料:您主动联系我们时提供的内容。

我们不会收集您的位置、通信录、照片、相机或麦克风资料。

三、广告

您可以自行选择观看视频广告来领取金币;不看也不影响游戏的其他功能。视频广告由 Google 的广告服务 Google AdMob 提供。播放广告时,Google 可能依其隐私权政策收集您设备的广告识别码、设备型号、操作系统、IP 地址,以及广告的观看与点击情形,用于播放广告、计算成效、限制同一支广告的播放次数与防止诈欺。我们目前只要求非个人化广告:不会依您的兴趣投放广告,在 iPhone 上也不会询问「允许追踪」。如果日后改为个人化广告,我们会先更新本政策,并且在 iPhone 上要经过您在系统「允许追踪」询问中同意后才使用。Google 的隐私权政策:policies.google.com/privacy;Google 如何使用合作伙伴应用程序的信息:policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites。

四、收集目的

创建与维护账号,提供游戏与金币账务;
发放购买的金币、处理退款与争议;
提供看广告领金币的功能;
防止诈欺、盗用、作弊及其他违反服务条款的行为;
客服、游戏结果查核;
遵守法令,例如会计与税务记录的保存;
以汇总、无法识别个人的统计资料改善服务。

我们不会出售您的个人资料,也不会把它用于本服务以外的行销。

五、利用的期间、地区、对象与方式

期间:在您的账号存续期间;删除账号后依第七条处理。
地区:资料存放在本公司委托的云端主机(目前位于香港),以及您所在的地区。
对象:本公司;受本公司委托处理资料的服务供应商(例如云端主机、客服系统),他们只能依本公司的指示处理资料;提供广告的 Google AdMob(范围见第三条);Apple 与 Google(处理您的购买,以及您选择的 Apple / Google 账号登录);依法令要求的主管机关或司法机关。
方式:以电子方式自动处理,并采取下列安全措施。

App 与服务器之间的连接全部加密(HTTPS / WSS);密码与密保答案以加密哈希保存;只有经授权的人员能访问资料,后台的每一个操作都留有审计记录。

七、删除账号与资料保存

您可以随时在 App 内的「设置 → 删除账号」删除账号(用密码登录的账号需要输入密码确认),也可以参考删除账号说明,寄信到客服信箱申请。
删除后,账号立即禁用,所有已登录的设备都会退出登录,电子邮件等可以辨识您的资料会立即删除;如果您曾用 Apple 账号登录,我们也会同时撤销对该 Apple 账号的授权。剩余的金币与游戏进度一并失效,无法恢复。
金币账务与购买记录因为会计、税务与争议处理的需要,会在去除可辨识资料后依法令保存,最长 5 年,期满后删除。

八、您的权利

依《个人资料保护法》第三条,您可以向我们:查找或请求阅览、请求制给拷贝本、请求补充或更正、请求停止收集、处理或利用,以及请求删除您的个人资料。请用账号绑定的电子邮件寄信到 support@maceplay.com,并附上您的玩家 ID。查找、阅览与拷贝本的请求,我们会在 15 天内回复;更正、停止利用与删除的请求,会在 30 天内回复。电子邮件等选填资料,您可以选择不提供,但可能无法使用找回账号等功能。

九、未成年人

本服务只提供给年满 18 岁的成年人。若我们发现有未成年人注册,会禁用该账号。

十、政策修订

本政策修订时,会在本页公布并更新生效日期;如有重大变更,也会在 App 内通知。

MacePlay Privacy Policy

WEISAT Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") operates the MacePlay games hall app and its website (together, the "Service"). We collect, process and use your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan (R.O.C.) and other applicable laws. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights.

1. About the Service

The Service is a social game intended for adults (18+) for entertainment only. Virtual coins in the game have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or anything of value, and cannot be transferred to other players. The Service does not offer real-money gambling.

2. Data we collect

Account data: your player ID (generated automatically), nickname, email address (optional, used to recover your account), login password and security-question answers. Passwords and answers are stored only as one-way cryptographic hashes; we cannot see the originals. Guests do not need to provide an email address or password. If you choose to sign in or link your account with Apple or Google, we receive that account’s permanent identifier and, if you allow it, your email address (Apple may give a relay address) and name; we never receive your Apple or Google password.
Game and coin records: coin balance and every change to it, round IDs, bets and results, multiplayer hand records, and records of check-ins, rewarded ads and gift-code redemptions.
Purchase records: when you buy virtual coins through the App Store or Google Play, we receive the transaction ID, item and time from that store so we can deliver the coins and handle refunds. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never receive your card or other payment details.
Technical data: IP address, login times and failed login attempts, and an install identifier generated by the app (used only to limit how many guest accounts can be created on one phone), used to prevent account theft, cheating and other abuse.
Support data: whatever you send us when you contact support.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data.

3. Advertising

You can choose to watch video ads to earn coins; not watching them does not affect anything else in the game. Video ads are provided by Google's ad service, Google AdMob. When an ad is shown, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier, device model, operating system, IP address, and how you view and tap ads, under its own privacy policy, to serve ads, measure them, cap how often the same ad is shown and prevent fraud. We currently request non-personalized ads only: ads are not based on your interests, and on iPhone you are not asked to allow tracking. If we switch to personalized ads, we will update this policy first, and on iPhone we will only use them after you agree in the system "Allow Tracking" prompt. 4. Why we use your data

To create and maintain your account and run the games and coin accounting;
To deliver purchased coins and handle refunds and disputes;
To provide coins for watching ads;
To prevent fraud, account theft, cheating and other breaches of the Terms of Service;
For customer support and checking game results;
To comply with the law, for example keeping accounting and tax records;
To improve the Service using aggregated statistics that do not identify you.

We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing outside the Service.

5. Period, location, recipients and method of use

Period: while your account exists; after deletion, see section 7.
Location: on cloud servers we contract (currently in Hong Kong) and in your own region.
Recipients: us; service providers that process data on our behalf (such as cloud hosting and customer support tools) and only on our instructions; Google AdMob (see section 3); Apple and Google (for your purchases, and for Apple / Google sign-in if you use it); and authorities when the law requires it.
Method: automated electronic processing with the security measures below.

6. Security

All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS / WSS). Passwords and security answers are stored as cryptographic hashes. Only authorized staff can access data, and every action in our admin system is logged.

7. Deleting your account and data retention

You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account (accounts that sign in with a password must confirm it), or follow the account deletion instructions to request it by email.
After deletion your account is disabled immediately, every device is signed out, and data that identifies you, such as your email address, is deleted at once. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke our access to that Apple account. Remaining coins and game progress are lost and cannot be restored.
Coin and purchase records are kept, with identifying data removed, as required for accounting, tax and dispute handling, for up to 5 years, and then deleted.

8. Your rights

Under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us to let you review your personal data or receive a copy, to supplement or correct it, to stop collecting, processing or using it, and to delete it. Email support@maceplay.com from the address linked to your account and include your player ID. We reply to review and copy requests within 15 days, and to correction, restriction and deletion requests within 30 days. Optional data such as your email address is up to you, but without it some features, such as account recovery, will not work.

9. Minors

The Service is only for adults aged 18 or over. If we learn that a minor has registered, we will disable the account.

10. Changes

When we change this policy we will post it on this page and update the effective date; significant changes will also be announced in the app.
