歡迎使用 MacePlay。本協議是您與微型科技股份有限公司(以下稱「本公司」)之間關於 MacePlay 遊戲大廳 App 及官方網站(以下合稱「本服務」)的約定。您開始使用本服務前,請先詳細閱讀本協議;您註冊或以遊客身分開始遊戲,即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意本協議的全部內容。

二、服務內容

1. 本服務是僅供娛樂的社交遊戲平台,提供老虎機、麻將、撲克、桌遊、捕魚等遊戲。
2. 遊戲中使用的「金幣」是虛擬遊戲幣,沒有現金價值,不能兌換現金、實物或任何有價物品,也不能轉讓給其他玩家。本服務不提供真實金錢的賭博,也不提供贏得真實金錢或獎品的機會。
3. 多人遊戲的空位會由 AI 玩家補上;AI 玩家只依照一般玩家看得到的資訊遊戲。
4. 老虎機等遊戲的「選台」畫面,在線上人數較少時,部分機台會由 AI 佔位、顯示為「使用中」,與有玩家使用的機台一樣不能選擇。AI 以與玩家相同的規則及伺服器隨機數自動進行遊戲(不使用任何玩家的金幣),其局數與最大獎倍數會計入該機台的當日數據;AI 不影響任何人的輸贏。選哪一台機台、保留機台,都不影響遊戲結果,每局結果皆獨立產生。
5. 每一局遊戲的結果都由本公司伺服器產生,並有獨立局號。各遊戲的玩法、賠率與規則,以該遊戲內的說明為準。

三、年齡限制

本服務只提供給年滿 18 歲的成年人使用。未滿 18 歲者請勿註冊或使用;本公司發現未成年人使用時,得停用其帳號。

四、帳號

1. 您可以用遊客身分遊玩,或設定密碼成為正式帳號。遊客帳號只存在於目前的裝置,登出或刪除 App 後無法找回,建議綁定為正式帳號。
2. 您應妥善保管密碼與密保答案。帳號在您登入期間發生的行為,視為您本人的行為;發現帳號遭他人使用時,請立即通知客服,本公司會協助暫停帳號並處理。
3. 帳號僅供您本人使用,不得出借、轉讓或買賣。

五、虛擬金幣的取得與購買

1. 金幣可經由下列方式取得:新帳號的起始金幣、每日簽到、自行選擇觀看廣告、活動禮包碼、遊戲結果,以及透過 App Store 或 Google Play 的應用程式內購買。
2. 購買價格以 App Store 或 Google Play 購買畫面顯示的金額為準,付款由 Apple 或 Google 處理。購買完成後,金幣會立即存入您的帳號。
3. 禮包碼只用於免費的活動獎勵,不得販售。
4. 請勿透過本服務以外的管道買賣金幣或帳號(例如代儲、私下交易);因此產生的損失,本公司不負責,並得依第八條處理。
5. 退款:應用程式內購買的退款,依 App Store 或 Google Play 的退款規定辦理;依法令規定應由本公司退還的部分,本公司依法辦理。
6. 解除契約:您可以在開始遊戲後 7 天內,寫信到客服信箱告知解除本協議,不需說明理由,也不必負擔任何費用;本公司會就您尚未使用的付費購買金幣辦理退費,退費金額依購買時的價格與金幣數量按比例計算,免費取得的金幣(簽到、廣告、禮包、活動等)不予退費。透過 App Store 或 Google Play 付款的部分,本公司會協助您依該平台的程序辦理。
7. 價格調整:金幣禮包的價格調整時,本公司會在生效前至少 30 天於 App 內與官方網站公告;您在調整生效前已購買的金幣,不受影響。

六、觀看廣告領取金幣

您可以自行選擇觀看影片廣告來領取金幣,每日次數依遊戲內的說明。廣告由第三方廣告聯播網提供,請參考隱私權政策。以程式或其他不正當方式觀看廣告取得的金幣,本公司得收回。

七、禁止行為

使用本服務時,您不得:

• 使用外掛、自動化程式、修改程式或封包,或利用系統漏洞取得不當利益(發現漏洞請通報客服);
• 以多個帳號或與他人串通,在多人遊戲中取得不公平的優勢;
• 買賣、轉讓、出租帳號或金幣,或以金幣作為現實交易的對價;
• 冒用他人身分、取得他人帳號,或干擾、攻擊本服務的伺服器;
• 對本服務的程式進行反向工程、解編或重製;
• 其他違反法令或妨害他人權益的行為。

八、違規處理與申訴

1. 您違反第七條時,本公司得依情節輕重,採取警告、收回不當取得的金幣、暫停帳號一定期間或終止帳號等措施,並以 App 內通知或電子郵件告知您處理的原因與期間。
2. 暫停帳號每次最長 7 天。涉及使用外掛、詐騙、盜用他人帳號等違法行為,經查證屬實者,本公司得終止本協議;終止前會以 App 內通知或電子郵件告知原因。
3. 您對處理結果有異議時,可以在收到通知後 7 天內寫信到客服信箱申訴;本公司會在收到申訴後 7 天內回覆。

九、遊戲歷程的保存與查詢

本公司會保存您最近 30 天的遊戲歷程(包括金幣增減、每局局號、下注與結果)。您可以在 App 內的「個人中心」查看,或寫信到客服信箱申請提供紀錄。

十、服務中斷與維護

1. 本公司會盡力維持本服務穩定。定期維護會事先在 App 內公告。
2. 因可歸責於本公司的事由導致服務中斷時,中斷時進行中的局次,會依伺服器紀錄完成結算;無法結算的局次,退還該局押注。單次中斷連續超過 2 小時時,本公司會對受影響的玩家發放補償金幣,並在 App 內公告補償內容。
3. 遊戲進行中斷線時,60 秒內重新連線可以繼續該局;超過時間未回來,依該遊戲規則結算。

十一、服務變更與停止營運

本公司得新增、調整或下架遊戲。本公司決定停止營運本服務時,會在停止前至少 30 天在 App 內與官方網站公告,並依法令處理您已購買但尚未使用的金幣。

十二、契約終止與刪除帳號

您可以隨時在 App 內的「設定 → 刪除帳號」終止本協議並刪除帳號,也可以參考刪除帳號說明以電子郵件申請。刪除後帳號無法恢復;已購買但尚未使用的金幣依第五條第 5 款處理,如有需要請在刪除前先聯絡客服。

十三、個人資料保護

本公司依隱私權政策蒐集、處理及利用您的個人資料。

十四、責任限制

本服務依現況提供。除法令規定不得排除的責任外,本公司對於非可歸責於本公司的事由(例如天災、電信業者的線路問題、您裝置的問題)造成的損害,不負賠償責任。

十五、條款修改

本公司修改本協議時,會在生效前至少 7 天於 App 內與官方網站公告(涉及價格調整時為 30 天)。您不同意修改內容時,可以終止本協議;修改生效後您繼續使用本服務,即視為同意修改後的內容。

十六、準據法與管轄法院

本協議以中華民國法律為準據法。因本協議發生的爭議,雙方同意以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院,但不排除《消費者保護法》第 47 條或《民事訴訟法》第 436 條之 9 規定的管轄法院。

欢迎使用 MacePlay。本协议是您与微型科技股份有限公司(以下称「本公司」)之间关于 MacePlay 游戏大厅 App 及官方网站(以下合称「本服务」)的约定。您开始使用本服务前,请先详细阅读本协议;您注册或以游客身份开始游戏,即表示您已阅读、了解并同意本协议的全部内容。

5. 每一局游戏的结果都由本公司服务器产生,并有独立局号。各游戏的玩法、赔率与规则,以该游戏内的说明为准。

三、年龄限制

本服务只提供给年满 18 岁的成年人使用。未满 18 岁者请勿注册或使用;本公司发现未成年人使用时,得禁用其账号。

四、账号

1. 您可以用游客身份游玩,或设置密码成为正式账号。游客账号只存在于目前的设备,退出登录或删除 App 后无法找回,建议绑定为正式账号。
2. 您应妥善保管密码与密保答案。账号在您登录期间发生的行为,视为您本人的行为;发现账号遭他人使用时,请立即通知客服,本公司会协助暂停账号并处理。
3. 账号仅供您本人使用,不得出借、转让或买卖。

五、虚拟金币的取得与购买

1. 金币可经由下列方式取得:新账号的起始金币、每日签到、自行选择观看广告、活动礼包码、游戏结果,以及通过 App Store 或 Google Play 的应用程序内购买。

3. 礼包码只用于免费的活动奖励,不得贩售。

5. 退款:应用程序内购买的退款,依 App Store 或 Google Play 的退款规定办理;依法令规定应由本公司退还的部分,本公司依法办理。
6. 解除契约:您可以在开始游戏后 7 天内,写信到客服信箱告知解除本协议,不需说明理由,也不必负担任何费用;本公司会就您尚未使用的付费购买金币办理退费,退费金额依购买时的价格与金币数量按比例计算,免费取得的金币(签到、广告、礼包、活动等)不予退费。通过 App Store 或 Google Play 付款的部分,本公司会协助您依该平台的进程办理。
7. 价格调整:金币礼包的价格调整时,本公司会在生效前至少 30 天于 App 内与官方网站公告;您在调整生效前已购买的金币,不受影响。

六、观看广告领取金币

您可以自行选择观看视频广告来领取金币,每日次数依游戏内的说明。广告由第三方广告联播网提供,请参考隐私权政策。以程序或其他不正当方式观看广告取得的金币,本公司得收回。

七、禁止行为

使用本服务时,您不得:

• 使用插件、自动化程序、修改程序或封包,或利用系统漏洞取得不当利益(发现漏洞请通报客服);
• 以多个账号或与他人串通,在多人游戏中取得不公平的优势;
• 买卖、转让、出租账号或金币,或以金币作为现实交易的对价;
• 冒用他人身份、取得他人账号,或干扰、攻击本服务的服务器;
• 对本服务的程序进行反向工程、解编或重制;
• 其他违反法令或妨害他人权益的行为。

八、违规处理与申诉

1. 您违反第七条时,本公司得依情节轻重,采取警告、收回不当取得的金币、暂停账号一定期间或终止账号等措施,并以 App 内通知或电子邮件告知您处理的原因与期间。
2. 暂停账号每次最长 7 天。涉及使用插件、诈骗、盗用他人账号等违法行为,经查证属实者,本公司得终止本协议;终止前会以 App 内通知或电子邮件告知原因。
3. 您对处理结果有异议时,可以在收到通知后 7 天内写信到客服信箱申诉;本公司会在收到申诉后 7 天内回复。

九、游戏历程的保存与查找

本公司会保存您最近 30 天的游戏历程(包括金币增减、每局局号、下注与结果)。您可以在 App 内的「个人中心」查看,或写信到客服信箱申请提供记录。

十、服务中断与维护

1. 本公司会尽力维持本服务稳定。定期维护会事先在 App 内公告。
2. 因可归责于本公司的事由导致服务中断时,中断时进行中的局次,会依服务器记录完成结算;无法结算的局次,退还该局押注。单次中断连续超过 2 小时时,本公司会对受影响的玩家发放补偿金币,并在 App 内公告补偿内容。
3. 游戏进行中断线时,60 秒内重新连接可以继续该局;超过时间未回来,依该游戏规则结算。

十一、服务变更与停止营运

本公司得添加、调整或下架游戏。本公司决定停止营运本服务时,会在停止前至少 30 天在 App 内与官方网站公告,并依法令处理您已购买但尚未使用的金币。

十二、契约终止与删除账号

您可以随时在 App 内的「设置 → 删除账号」终止本协议并删除账号,也可以参考删除账号说明以电子邮件申请。删除后账号无法恢复;已购买但尚未使用的金币依第五条第 5 款处理,如有需要请在删除前先联系客服。

十三、个人资料保护

本公司依隐私权政策收集、处理及利用您的个人资料。

十四、责任限制

本服务依现况提供。除法令规定不得排除的责任外,本公司对于非可归责于本公司的事由(例如天灾、电信业者的线路问题、您设备的问题)造成的损害,不负赔偿责任。

十五、条款修改

本公司修改本协议时,会在生效前至少 7 天于 App 内与官方网站公告(涉及价格调整时为 30 天)。您不同意修改内容时,可以终止本协议;修改生效后您继续使用本服务,即视为同意修改后的内容。

十六、准据法与管辖法院

本协议以中华民国法律为准据法。因本协议发生的争议,双方同意以台湾台北地方法院为第一审管辖法院,但不排除《消费者保护法》第 47 条或《民事诉讼法》第 436 条之 9 规定的管辖法院。

Welcome to MacePlay. These Terms are an agreement between you and WEISAT Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") about the MacePlay games hall app and its website (together, the "Service"). Please read them before using the Service. By registering or starting to play as a guest, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all of these Terms.

2. The Service

1. The Service is a social games platform for entertainment only, offering slots, mahjong, poker, table games, fishing games and more.
2. The "coins" used in games are virtual. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods or anything of value, or transferred to other players. The Service does not offer real-money gambling or any chance to win real money or prizes.
3. Empty seats in multiplayer games are filled by AI players, who play only on the information an ordinary player can see.
4. On the machine floor of slot-style games, some machines may be held by AI and shown as “in use” when few players are online. Like any occupied machine, a machine held by AI cannot be picked. The AI plays automatically under the same rules and server random numbers as players (no player’s coins are used), and its rounds and best win multiple count toward that machine’s stats for the day. The AI never affects anyone’s results. Which machine you pick, or holding a machine, never affects results — every round is generated independently.
5. Every round's result is generated on our servers and has its own round ID. Each game's rules, payouts and features are described inside that game.

3. Age

The Service is only for adults aged 18 or over. If you are under 18, do not register or use the Service; we may disable accounts used by minors.

4. Your account

1. You can play as a guest or set a password to make a registered account. A guest account exists only on the current device and cannot be recovered after signing out or deleting the app, so we recommend registering it.
2. Keep your password and security answers safe. Actions taken while your account is signed in are treated as yours. If someone else uses your account, tell support at once and we will help suspend and sort out the account.
3. Your account is for you only. You may not lend, transfer or sell it.

5. Getting and buying coins

1. You can get coins from: the starting balance of a new account, daily check-in, rewarded ads you choose to watch, event gift codes, game results, and In-App Purchases through the App Store or Google Play.
2. Prices are as shown on the App Store or Google Play purchase screen, and payment is handled by Apple or Google. Coins are added to your account as soon as the purchase completes.
3. Gift codes are only for free event rewards and may not be sold.
4. Do not buy or sell coins or accounts outside the Service (for example through top-up agents or private deals). We are not responsible for any resulting loss and may act under section 8.
5. Refunds for In-App Purchases follow the App Store or Google Play refund rules. Where the law requires us to refund, we do so as required.
6. Cancellation: within 7 days of starting to play you may cancel these Terms by emailing support, without giving a reason and without any fee; we will refund your unused purchased coins, calculated in proportion to the price and number of coins at purchase. Coins obtained for free (check-in, ads, gift codes, events, etc.) are not refunded. For payments made through the App Store or Google Play, we will help you follow that platform's process.
7. Price changes: we announce price changes of coin packs in the app and on the website at least 30 days before they take effect; coins you bought before the change are not affected.

6. Watching ads for coins

You may choose to watch video ads to earn coins, up to the daily limit shown in the game. Ads are provided by a third-party ad network; see the Privacy Policy. We may take back coins earned by watching ads through scripts or other improper means.

7. What you must not do

• Use cheats, bots, modified apps or packets, or exploit bugs for gain (please report bugs to support);
• Use several accounts or collude with others to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games;
• Buy, sell, transfer or rent accounts or coins, or use coins as payment in any real-world deal;
• Impersonate others, take over other people's accounts, or interfere with or attack our servers;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service's software;
• Do anything else that breaks the law or harms others.

8. Enforcement and appeals

1. If you break section 7, we may, depending on how serious it is, warn you, take back improperly obtained coins, suspend your account for a period, or close your account, and we will tell you the reason and duration in the app or by email.
2. Each suspension lasts at most 7 days. For illegal conduct such as cheating software, fraud or using someone else's account, once confirmed, we may terminate these Terms; we will tell you the reason in the app or by email first.
3. If you disagree, email support within 7 days of the notice; we will reply within 7 days.

9. Game history

We keep your game history for the last 30 days (coin changes, round IDs, bets and results). You can view it under Profile in the app, or email support to request a copy.

10. Outages and maintenance

1. We do our best to keep the Service running. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the app in advance.
2. If the Service is interrupted for reasons attributable to us, rounds in progress are settled from the server record, and any round that cannot be settled has its bet returned. If a single outage lasts more than 2 hours, we give affected players compensation coins and announce the details in the app.
3. If you disconnect during a round, reconnect within 60 seconds to continue it; otherwise the round is settled under that game's rules.

11. Changes to the Service and shutdown

We may add, change or remove games. If we decide to shut down the Service, we will announce it in the app and on the website at least 30 days in advance and handle unused purchased coins as the law requires.

12. Ending this agreement and deleting your account

You can end these Terms and delete your account at any time under Settings → Delete account in the app, or by email as described in the account deletion instructions. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Unused purchased coins are handled under section 5.5; contact support before deleting if you need to.

13. Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, we are not liable for damage caused by things outside our control, such as natural disasters, telecom network problems or problems with your device.

15. Changes to these Terms

We will announce changes in the app and on the website at least 7 days (30 days for price changes) before they take effect. If you do not agree, you may end these Terms; if you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to them.

16. Governing law and courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Disputes go to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, without excluding the courts specified in Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act or Article 436-9 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
